The girls football team were unsuccessful in today's semi-final against a strong Corofin team. Well done to captain Katie and all the girls who showed a huge interest and trained hard to get this far in the Cumann na mBunscoil competition. This panel of players showed great enthusiasm for the game and I'm sure that today's experience will stand to this eager team next year. A huge thanks to parents Martina O' Hagan and Anne-Marie Kiernan who organised hot chocolate and marshmallows for the team after the match. A deserving treat!
